The food was absolutely banging! Had the beef and ale pie, and it was heavenly. Plus, they even welcomed my dogs into the bar, making it a proper family affair. Staff were top-notch, always ready with a smile to brighten the day.
Unfortunately, the plumbing was a bit dodgy during our stay, but it didn't overshadow the fab experience overall. A heads up for the owner—perhaps add some thicker curtains in the parents' room. those street lights can be bright!

The view from the upper rooms offers a nice glimpse of the sea, a calming sight after a long day. The homey feel is complemented by a well-stocked bar that serves a decent selection, making it a great spot to unwind after your adventures.
The room I stayed in had a window that wouldn't close properly, letting in the noise from passing traffic and seagulls all night, leading to a restless sleep. The shower had a weak flow and fluctuated between hot and cold, needing some serious upgrades. Parking outside can be tricky. it’s a bit hit or miss, and if you plan on dining, be prepared for long waits—like an hour for dinner after your table's reserved time. Breakfast lacked organization, making the overall experience feel more chaotic than pleasant.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at the Seafield Suite, perfect for my family with plenty of space for the kids. The location was ideal for exploring the beautiful Moray Firth coastline, and the local fishing trips were a highlight. The food at the hotel's restaurant was simply fantastic, from the breakfast to the homemade dinner options.
In my wife’s opinion, a softer mattress would improve comfort for families.

comfortable stay but limited sea views
The twin room offered generous space with very comfortable beds, allowing my family a restful night's sleep. Breakfast featured a satisfactory range of cooked options alongside fresh fruits and pastries, meeting everyone's dietary preferences.
The sea view was not as prominent as I had hoped.

I loved the big bedroom with a massive bed and enjoyed a delicious cooked breakfast made to order. There are great relaxation spots, like the spacious lounge and inviting bar, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the many stairs can be a bit tiring, but it didn't take away from my wonderful experience at all! 😊
